Ingredients
Crust
1⁄2 large (or 1 small) cauliflower cut into florets (about 2 cups) cone #3
1⁄2 C shredded part skim mozzarella or vegan mozzarella, cone 2
2/3 C almond flour
2 eggs
1 tsp minced fresh oregano (I used dry)
1⁄2 tsp salt1⁄2 tsp salt
1⁄2 tsp granulated garlic
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
Toppings
Preparation
Preheat oven to 450.Preheat oven to 450.
Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper,
coat with cooking spray.
Place cauliflower florets in food processor and process to consistency of rice (or use cone #2 or #3)
Spoon into a large bowl, add remaining crust ingredients and stir well.
Spoon crust mixture into two 8 inch circles on prepared pan,
smooth with a spoon to form an even layer.s.
Bake until medium brown on the bottom, about 20 min.
Carefully flip over and bake 10 more minutes.
Brush crust with olive oil.
Add your toppings.
Put back in the oven until cheese is melted 2-4 minutes
