This is my absolute summer favorite

Ingredients
SALAD
8 cups baby bok choy thinly sliced
1 cup sugar snap peas thinly sliced
1 cup shredded carrot, cone #2
1 cup thinly sliced red cabbage, cone #4
1 medium red bell pepper, cone #3
1/2 cup shredded radish, cone #2
1/3 cup chopped peanuts, cone #3
2 TBSP sliced green onions
2 TBSP chopped cilantro
PEANUT DRESSING
4 TBSP sesame oil
3 TBSP freshly squeezed lime juice
1 1/2 TBSP Miso
1 1/2 TBSP creamy peanut butter
1 TBSP water
2 TBSP tamari or braggs amino acids
1 1/2 TBSP Chili Garlic Sauce (sambal oelek)
1 1/2 tsp fresh grated ginger
1 1/2 teaspoons coconut sugar or maple syurp
Preparation
Chop all the ingredients in the salad
Whisk the ingredients in the dressing
