Ingredients

Dressing

  • 1/2 cup vegannaise or mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup oilive oil

  • 4 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar

  • 1/2 heaping tsp salt

  • freshly ground pepper to taste


Salad

  • 2 large broccoli crowns stems included cone #3

  • 2 apples cone #3

  • 1/3 cup roasted salted almonds finely chopped

  • 3/4 cup diced red onion cone #3

  • 1/3 cup dried cherries or raisons or cranberries.

Preparation

Use the food processor cone #3 and cut broccoli, apples and red onion into a medium bowl

Finely chop almonds or use cone #2

Mix all ingredients in dressing

Dress the salad and serve.
