Ingredients
For the Dressing
a little zest of lemon
fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup Olive oil +Â 4 T Apple cider vinegar
1 tsp sea salt, or to taste
For the Salad (per serving)
1 cup sliced red cabbage cone #4
3 corn cobs- fresh - sliced off the cobb
3 tbsp hemp seeds (or other nut or seed of choice)
1/2 cup fresh blueberries or more
1/4 red onion sliced thinly cone #2
You can also add some green cabbage for more color
Preparation
Mix everything together
